Billcost Version 2010.2 (August 2010) is now available.

The following database changes in Version 2010.2

• Fixed brickwork adjustment formula for garage doors to encompass the full spectrum of masonry selections
• Corrected error in selection for Stockpiled filling materials in Professional Database
• Make waterproofing a standalone trade again and move to after roofing
• Added selection options for S.A. Mortar in Professional Database
• Expanded the content of Paving formulae in basic database
• Changed foundation reinforcing formula in basic database to select Y10 stirrups @ 300mm intervals
• Copied drywall formula to Professional database
• Added Isoboard formula to Professional database
• Moved roof drainage options from Plumbing to concrete trades
• Added more options and priced to tools & equipment

Price increases:

• Aggregates and ready mix/precast products – 6%
• Plastics – 8%
• Wire – 15%
• Everite – 3%
• Copper Products – 6%
• Steel Window/Door Frames – 12%
